My Order Does Not Show In My Account

If you placed an order as a guest and then decided to register and create an account after placing the initial order, it will not show in your account history until the order is processed.

 

Typically, this will be within hours of the purchase being made, but can sometimes take up to 24 hours depending on when the order was placed or your account was created.

 

After the order is processed, you can view its status, details, tracking and more at any time from the account section of the website once logged in.
