International Shipping Options


Bright Brain ships orders to the United States and to most countries worldwide where legal and allowed. This includes Military APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

Depending on import and export regulations in your country, certain products may ship directly from approved distributors located in your region or may not be eligible to ship to your country.

Available services

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited and USPS Priority Mail International: Most orders arrive within 5 to 15 business days after processing and shipment; customs inspections can add additional time beyond Bright Brain’s control.

  • UPS Worldwide Express and USPS Express Mail International: Typical delivery in 5 to 10 business days after processing and shipment; additional time may be required for customs clearance at the destination.

  • GlobalPost Standard International and GlobalPost Priority International: Cost effective international options with reliable tracking and competitive transit times.

  • USPS First-Class International: Typical delivery in 10 to 21 business days after processing and shipment; tracking may be limited to delivery confirmation.

All available shipping options and prices are calculated during checkout after you enter your postal code. No purchase is necessary to view available services and rates.

Customs, duties, and import regulations

International shipments are subject to the laws and regulations of the destination country. Any import duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other customs related charges are assessed by the carrier or local authority and are the recipient’s responsibility. Customs processing can extend delivery times. If a shipment is refused or returned due to unpaid duties, prohibited contents, or other import restrictions, re-shipment and refund options follow Bright Brain’s standard policies.

Processing and carrier pick up

Processing time is separate from transit time. Orders are prepared for carrier pickup as quickly as possible; local holidays, weekends, and carrier schedules can affect the day a package departs our facility.

Tracking and updates

You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier. You can also view tracking anytime in your Bright Brain account under Orders.
