To set up a return you can contact us using the help desk on the website. Prior to requesting a return, please first review our return policies and ensure that the product you are requesting to return is unused and unopened. Any opened or used product is unfortunately not eligible for refund due to our health and manufacturing certifications as well as the recent pandemic.

Once you have confirmed the items from your order that you wish to return are not opened or used, simply contact us to request the return within 30 days of placing your order.
