I take this on heavy studying days and find it helps with mental clarity and stamina while literally cramming. Highly recommend to those who have difficulty with their attention span! - Minypiny I do love this stuff. I have a hard time focusing while studying . And this helps ALOT. Doesn't leave me feeling stressed or not able to sleep either. Help focus when I need to. It is a bit pricey but it is helpful for what I need.

I am no longer reading the same sentence several times to understand and I was shocked at my information retention. Zero jitters or crash. I am so grateful for this product!
